Exceptions: My fees are negotiable with regular clients

 

$150.00 Signings includes travel within 40 miles roundtrip (20 mile radius)

$ 1.25     Travel Charge per mile over 40 miles roundtrip

$ 40.00  E-doc fee up to 100 pg document package. $55 up to 150 pgs. $70 up to 250 pgs.

                Includes printing of 2 sets.

               E-doc Fee applies regardless of cancellation or refusal to sign

$10.00    Fee Up to 200 pgs. $15 up to 250 pgs.

               Copy fee applies regardless of cancellation or refusal to sign

$25.00    Fee for waiting 16 minutes to 30 minutes past scheduled time. Will wait first 15

                minutes at no extra charge

Full

Charge:   After waiting 1/2 hour; if there is not enough time to complete the signing in time

                allotted, full fee and other charges apply.

               Cancellation Fee less than five business hours (8AM to 5PM) before scheduled   

               appointment. Client Refusal to Sign, if there are questions during the signing, I will attempt  

               to contact the contact person or persons during the signing.

     

               When contact is unavailable, I encourage client to write questions on a pad I have for that purpose, and  

               tell them to call their contact person for answers the next business day, assuring them they can cancel the loan                   within rescission period if their questions are not  answered to their satisfaction.

               If client refuses to sign, full charges apply.
